DRESSMAKING AND TAILORING (DMT)

Home Economics Strand

The Home Economics track offers various specializations that can lead to livelihood projects at home. This strand aims to give you job-ready skills that can help you in finding the right employment.

Just like any other specializations under Technical-Vocational and Livelihood Track, students here undergone hands-on activities to prepare them to be the best tailors and dressmakers in the world of garments production. The students are expected to cut, sew, mend, and alter clothing. At the end of the course, they can make their own clothes including dresses, blouses, suits, sportswear and the like.
